Getting started

Three steps, and the first one takes a minute

1

Reach out

Send a short message or book directly. We'll confirm your insurance before you come in, so there are no surprises.

2

Full evaluation

A 50–60 minute first visit, in person or by video, where we take a complete history and agree on a plan together.

3

Ongoing care

Follow-ups every few weeks at first, then as needed — with messaging in between for refills and side effects.

Before your video visit

Three things to do beforehand

Video visits run the same length as in-office appointments. A few minutes of setup means the whole hour goes to the conversation.

  1. 1.Complete your forms

You'll get consent forms and two short questionnaires by email. Filling them in ahead of time gives us more of the visit to actually talk.

  2. 2.Send records and medications

Have past records faxed over, and email a list of what you're currently taking with doses, plus your pharmacy and any other prescribers.

  3. 3.Check your setup

Use a device with a camera and microphone, click the link we send a few minutes early, and find somewhere private. A parked car counts.

In patients' words

What people say afterward

She was the first provider who asked what I wanted out of treatment instead of telling me. Six months in and I actually feel like myself.
Patient, Columbus
I've never been able to keep appointments consistently. Doing it by video from home is the only reason I'm still in care.
Telehealth patient, Ohio
She explained exactly what the medication does and what to watch for. Nobody had ever done that before.

TODO: replace with real, consented patient reviews before launch.
